This important training tool manages the administration of classroom and on-line training which ultimately improves the delivery of training to all users.

New Knowledge Center Now Online! Please access the new and improved Knowledge Center using the same web address you previously used. Old bookmarks WILL NOT WORK, so type the address into your browser. If your account is with VDEM, you will go to https://covkc.virginia.gov/vdem/external. Your login ID remains the same, and the announcement section on the new login page provides a temporary password and an instruction sheet with the most common processes for the new system.
