Organizations are encouraged to download the logo above and display it on their Web site, with a link to http://www.readyvirginia.gov. By downloading or using this logo, the user agrees to the following conditions of use:

Images may not be used in any way or manner that implies the endorsement of any person, product, program or service.
No one may manufacture for sale a product containing a banner image.
Use or display of the Ready Virginia logo in an inappropriate manner may result in legal action. Upon notice from VDEM, the user agrees to discontinue use of banners.
