WISE DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER TO CHANGE HOURS

 


WISE, VA. – Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) officials have announced that operating hours for the disaster recovery center (DRC) serving Wise County will change on Saturday, April 20.


On Saturdays, beginning April 20, the recovery center will be open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The center will open Sundays from noon to 4:30 p.m. Hours Monday through Friday remain 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until further notice.


The DRC is located behind the K-Mart on Industrial Park Road adjacent to the Wise County Hazmat Command Post.


Flood victims are not required to make a personal visit to a disaster recovery center, but are welcome at any DRC regardless of the location.
