Funding Committee

Overview: The 9-1-1 Services Board established a funding committee to make recommendations on changes to the PSAP funding formula. This is the formula used by the Department of Taxation to monthly distribute 60% of the Wireless E-911 Fund to the localities. The committee has identified recommendations on how the Board should implement the recalculation of the wireless funding distribution percentages, required by code, to occur on or before July 1, 2018. This webinar will review these recommendations.
