PSAP Grant & Funding Program – Reimbursement Process

Description: PSAPs are invited to join us for a webinar that will provide an overview of the PSAP Grant and Funding Program’s reimbursement process. The PSAP Grant and NG9-1-1 Funding Program has three programmatic areas:

PSAP Education Program (PEP)
NG9-1-1 Migration Program
Text-to-9-1-1 Program
While each program has unique requirements related to the application, award, and amendment processes, the reimbursement process has been streamlined for consistency from the PSAP’s submission of a reimbursement request through disbursement by VITA Finance. This webinar will provide the 9-1-1 community with an overview of the updated reimbursement process, as well as review the pitfalls that often hold up timely reimbursements to the localities.
