NG9-1-1 Originating Service Provider Summit

Description: Webinar is a continuation of the discussion with the originating service providers (OSP) or carriers about the deployment of NG9-1-1 in Virginia. The 9-1-1 Services Board approved proposed legislation to facilitate the implementation of NG9-1-1 at their Sept. meeting. Since then, ISP staff have been working with the OSP community to address their concerns with the legislation prior to the 2018 General Assembly session. This session will update all OSPs and carriers on the progress as well as provide greater details on the proposed NG9-1-1 solution and deployment plan in Virginia.
