DETAILS: This one-day workshop is designed to assist communities in developing a plan and
procedures for rapidly and efficiently collecting disaster intelligence immediately following a
disaster. This intelligence is used to prioritize response activities, allocate available
resources, and specifically request resources from other sources to save and sustain lives.
(Note: Damage Assessment, the process of collecting, compiling, and analyzing
information for purposes of possible reimbursement is not covered in this course).
